My journey to establish Division Stars Academy was driven by my own disillusionment with football academies throughout my career. I witnessed firsthand how many of these institutions made grand promises to young players, extracting substantial financial investments from them, yet fell short in delivering meaningful support and development. This injustice left me determined to create an academy rooted in integrity, mentorship, and true investment in the holistic growth of young athletes. Division Stars Academy was born as a response to this need—a place where players are nurtured with care and respect, receiving the opportunities and guidance they deserve to reach their full potential both on and off the field.
A Commitment to Support and Fairness
The decision to establish Division Stars Academy was further fueled by the painful reality of seeing talented players exploited by unscrupulous football organizations. Many young athletes, already facing personal or financial struggles, were taken advantage of, losing their hard-earned money without any real return. This exploitation not only harmed their wallets but also their dreams. Understanding the impact of financial stress on a player's ability to focus on their craft, I wanted to create an academy where players could thrive without the burden of exorbitant fees or financial worries.
